How to export it from Toast

  1. Get the ItemSelectionDetails.csv file from your Toast data exports.
  2. Use one file that covers the whole period you want to see (at least 13 months to compare with last year).
  3. If your exports come as one file per day, combine them into one file first.
  4. Upload it to Superlytix. Voided items are kept out of items sold.

Questions

Can I see lunch versus dinner?

Yes. The service column (lunch, dinner, brunch) is there to break any number down by.

How is the average check calculated?

Net sales ÷ number of distinct checks, for whatever you're looking at: a server, a day, a month.

Does it handle several locations?

Yes. When your file covers several locations, the location column becomes a filter on every page.
