Questions
My export has several rows per order. Is that a problem?
No. Shopify writes one row per line item and leaves the order totals blank on the extra rows. Superlytix counts each order once and adds up products by line, so totals don't double.
Are refunds taken out?
Yes. Net sales is the order total minus the refunded amount, and you can see that definition on every number in your report.
Can I add my own numbers, like sales from a wholesale sheet?
Yes. Upload more than one file and say what each one is; Superlytix links them and checks every new number against your data before it goes into the report.
