How to export it from HubSpot
- In HubSpot, go to CRM › Deals and open the All deals view.
- Click Export (in board view: Board options › Export view).
- Choose CSV, then Export. HubSpot emails you a download link.
- Upload the file to Superlytix and pick Close Date as the main date.

Questions
How is win rate calculated?
Deals won ÷ (deals won + deals lost). Open deals aren't counted until they close, and you can see that definition on the number itself.
Can I report by create date instead?
Yes. Your export has both dates; choose which one the report is built on, for example create date for a lead-flow view.
Will it work with a custom pipeline?
Yes. Stage names come from your file, whatever they are.
