Online payment opens soon

Payments for Superlytix go through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record: Paddle takes the payment, handles tax and sends your receipt. Before it opens checkout for a new business, Paddle reviews the company and the website. That review is taking longer than we expected, so online payment isn't open yet.

What this means for you

• Everything free works as usual. Sign up, upload your files and go through every step with your own data on the Free plan.
• Free reports work too. Credits from the welcome survey, "Help us improve" and the goal card unlock full Power BI, Excel and PDF downloads without paying.
• Want a plan right now? Email [email protected] with the plan you'd like (Single Use, Plus or Pro) and we'll set it up for you the same day.
• Waitlist codes stay valid. If you joined the waitlist, your code is ready for when checkout opens.

In the app, the buttons say "Payment coming soon" until checkout opens. We'll post here and switch them on the moment Paddle approves.
